What does “No Fix, No Fee” mean?
If we can’t repair your device or resolve the issue, you won’t pay for the repair work. Diagnostics are carried out with your approval, and we always explain your options before any work begins.
Do you come to me, or do I bring it in?
Either. We offer mobile home visits, a collection and return service, and drop-off appointments if you’d rather bring your equipment to us. Just ask when you book.
What do you repair and install?
PC and laptop repairs, virus and malware removal, Windows installations and repairs, SSD and RAM upgrades, thermal paste replacement and deep cleaning, system optimisation, printer diagnostics, WiFi and connectivity issues, data transfer and backup, and custom gaming PC builds.
